Eleven semi-detached houses were planned on the designated site at the Schlosspforte in Uelversheim in the course of a site analysis.
Due to the housing shortage in the town of Uelversheim and the region, especially for young families with children, a plan was drawn up in advance for a residential complex with up to 50 residential units and approximately 4,000 square meters of living space. This project was presented for the first time to the municipality of Uelversheim by the managing directors Altay and Güzel under the name AE planning before the establishment of NOYA architect & engineers. The Main and Finance Committee approved this planning with 7 to 1 votes.
After further analysis of the site and in exchange with the residents, it turned out that another development with lower density would be better accepted and would give the future residents a more exclusive living feeling.
