The aim of this project was to develop the Hohemarkstrasse site in Oberursel. The aim was to obtain a project-related change to the development plan by developing the property in consultation with the building authority and politicians. The current development plan does not permit such a development. The housing shortage in the entire Rhine-Main region should be counteracted.
The outcome of a designed development plan change is open and will not be further processed by NOYA Generalplanung & Projektmanagement GmbH, since the former developer will no longer be participating in the development.
