For our team in Frankfurt we are looking for experienced and committed architects for work phases 1 to 5 according to HOAI.
Your tasks:
Preparation of feasibility studies, as well as basic evaluation and preliminary planning (LP 1+2)
Preparation of design and approval planning (LP 3+4)
Preparation of implementation planning (LP5)
Your qualifications:
Passion for and enjoyment of architecture
Completed studies in the field of architecture
Ability to work in a team as well as a structured and independent way of working
Good knowledge of building and planning law
Knowledge of CAD programs (Archicad & Revit)
Knowledge in the creation of visualizations
Strong communication skills as well as social skills and adaptability
Good knowledge of German and English
